Description Family Betulaceae. Originating from Nepal. This cultivar was grown from seed collected in Eastern Nepal. It has a striking rich orange coloured bark with white markings or lenticels, which peels neatly in thin strips. The dense crown of mid-green, oval tapering leaves turns bright yellow in autumn. The tree has a slender shape when young,  which broadens with age to form a wide crown. Height and spread after 5 – 6 years 3m x 1.5m Semi mature Height and spread after 12 – 15 years if not pruned 6m x 4m Potential mature size after 20 – 25 years 12m x 8m
