Shipment and Return Policy

1. General Shipment
Shipment fee of an order is covered by buyer, according to Finnish Posti charges. The prices listed at final checkout webpage is only for one parcel with weight under 25kg. For example, Ginger Beer Old Jamaica 5 boxes (5x24x330ml) wight about 48kg, we have to send the products by two parcels through Posti and we have to charge another postage. We grantee consumers’ interests as much as possible in shipment.

2. Free Pickup is Encouraged
We encourage customers to pick up their orders from our local shop at Hämeentie 52, Helsinki without shipment fee.

3. Return Policies
If customers want to return or exchange products, please contact us within 14 days from the delivered date.
Requests of the return products:
(1) Items received within 14 days from the delivered date.
(2) Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
(3) Return shipping fee is paid by buyers.

4. On Backorders
When a product is not available immediately but will come soon in the next several weeks, backorder should be available. Prepaid backorder will be processed as soon as the product arrived, which means the backorder will be shipped as soon as the product arrived. If a customer cannot wait the backorder, just please info us by an E-mail, a message or a call to cancel the order with a full refund.

5. VAT Exemption for Orders from Abroad
If a customer orders our products from outside of Finland, the Finnish VAT can be exempted. The VAT is calculated at the final checkout with all tax categories. For example, an order of €45,88 (includes €0,86 14%VAT, €5,80 24%VAT), the VAT items €0,86 14%VAT and €5,80 24%VAT can be deducted. Thus this customer saves the VAT duty of €6.66 in his/her final payment. However, you need to pay your local VAT to the government of your own country where you are living. If you still have any questions about the VAT deduction and payment, please contact us about how much you should pay to your order abroad.

6. Alcohol Beer Products
We have a selection of Asian, Africa beers. Beer products can be bought by sending your ID with age check, because only people over 18 years old can consume alcohol beer products according to Finnish Law.

7. If you have a coupon code, it can be applied for discount when you checkout by inputting the code. Coupon code is only valid for online order and payment.

8. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
