Spitskop Butter is a premium butter, handmade in the Karoo. The Slabbert family have been making butter for two generations. The butter is made on a small scale, to the highest quality, using pasteurised jersey cream and non-iodised salt.It is processed as little as possible to ensure a smooth, marbleized appearance and structure, and the ultimate in butter taste.
