Directions for a hot drink – add a 1 – 2 teaspoons of herbs to a 1 litre teapot. Steep for 10-15 mins. Pour and sip. Directions for a cold drink – add 1 – 2 teaspoons of herbs to 500ml cold water. Leave in the fridge overnight.
