Instructions to Cook Mathiya : After removing from packet, spread Mathiya one by one on paper away from the fan air & keep it open for 3-5 minutes & if it's taken out form the fridge then 5-10 minutes. Deep fry in pan at medium hot oil and place the Mathiya in the pan with light hands one by one, after 2 to 3 seconds turn it to other side, it will be ready in 2-3 secounds, Lift it and drain excess oil. Make sure that the Mathiya dose not turn rad due to overheating or frying or frying too long in hot oil Pan.
